- • As a Performance Creative Strategist at Zoe, you will own the creation and briefing of high-performing ads that drive results across paid social channels, directly contributing to scaling Zoe’s health-focused products efficiently.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the weekly and monthly creative planning cycle, developing fresh briefs and concepts for creators, video editors, and designers, translating data into creative direction, and monitoring market trends to rapidly turn insights into opportunities.
- • You’ll join Zoe’s small but mighty Performance Marketing team—a results-driven mix of growth operators, creatives, and data-focused thinkers—working closely with Performance Managers, in-house video editors, and cross-functionally with legal, product, and external partners.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to blend creative instinct with performance analytics, master the end-to-end creative testing and optimization process, and gain deep expertise in health/nutrition compliance while shaping scalable creative strategies that impact millions.

- • Hybrid creative + performance mindset—comfortable reviewing hooks and analysing CPA

- • Deep understanding of paid vs organic content dynamics and lower-funnel drivers
