- • Aisle3, a leading marketing agency dedicated to scaling brands on Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces, is seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Manager specializing in Amazon Ads. This full-time, remote role is crucial for our continued growth and success, offering you the opportunity to become an integral part of our clients' journeys. You will collaborate closely with Brand Managers to ensure the optimal performance and growth of a diverse portfolio of client businesses.
- • Your core responsibilities will revolve around driving exceptional results through meticulous performance marketing, insightful inventory forecasting, dedicated client services, and strategic data analysis. The ultimate goal is to execute all tasks flawlessly, significantly bolstering sales performance for our clients and cultivating robust, long-term relationships. You will gain hands-on experience with essential e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Walmart Ad Center.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve the creation and meticulous management of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. This includes ensuring campaigns are built to precise specifications, launched efficiently and on schedule, and are continuously optimized for evolving market dynamics and performance improvements. You will be responsible for driving strong, measurable results from these campaigns, directly impacting client revenue and growth.
- • You will execute scheduled optimizations with precision, meticulously documenting each adjustment and its impact in a dedicated optimization log. This systematic approach ensures transparency and allows for continuous learning and refinement of strategies. Managing client ad spend against their allocated budgets and diligently tracking forecast performance against established goals will be paramount to maintaining client trust and achieving their business objectives.
- • The creation and delivery of bi-weekly performance reports will be a key deliverable. These reports will not only present data but will also undergo rigorous quality assurance (QA) to ensure data integrity and the quality of insights provided. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling recommendations will be vital in strengthening client relationships and driving strategic initiatives forward.
- • You will also be responsible for creating, managing, and QA-ing inventory recommendations across your client portfolio. This proactive approach to inventory management is critical to ensuring optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts, and maximizing sales opportunities, directly contributing to client profitability.
