• • As a Performance Marketer at Polymarket, you will own and scale the company's paid acquisition engine, managing over $100M in annual ad spend to drive efficient growth and revenue across global markets.
• • Day to day, you will scale and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and affiliates; partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to refine messaging and landing pages; build experimentation frameworks for audiences, bidding, and funnel structure; and develop forecasting and budget allocation systems to support leadership decisions.
