  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our multi-channel performance marketing strategy. This pivotal role will encompass paid search, paid social, direct mail, and innovative creative experimentation, with the overarching mission to drive qualified signups and demo requests while simultaneously building significant brand awareness among finance leaders. As our first dedicated performance marketing hire, this Individual Contributor (IC) role reports directly to the founding team, offering a unique opportunity to shape our marketing playbook from the ground up.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a dual aptitude for analytical rigor and creative execution, thriving in a dynamic startup environment where building processes and defining strategies are key. You will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that not only attract but also convert our target audience.
  • • **Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
  • • **Own and Execute Multi-Channel Performance Marketing:** Take full ownership of our performance marketing efforts across critical channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and explore emerging platforms. This includes developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve specific performance targets.
  • • **Drive Qualified Signups and Demo Requests:** Focus relentlessly on generating high-quality leads that translate into tangible business outcomes. You will be responsible for the entire funnel, from initial awareness to conversion, ensuring that marketing efforts directly contribute to sales pipeline growth.
  • • **Build and Scale Brand Awareness:** Develop and execute strategic brand awareness campaigns specifically targeting finance and accounting teams. This involves understanding the unique needs and pain points of this audience and crafting compelling messaging that resonates.
  • • **Identify and Test New Growth Channels:** Proactively research, identify, and rigorously test new performance marketing channels and tactics. Your mandate is to discover and scale the next significant growth levers for LiveFlow, always seeking innovative ways to reach our audience.
  • • **Creative Experimentation and Optimization:** Collaborate closely with our design team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative, landing pages, and other marketing assets. This includes developing hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and analyzing results to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • • **Budget Management and ROI Optimization:** Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets. You will be empowered to scale successful initiatives and strategically cut underperforming campaigns to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • • **Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting:** Implement and maintain robust tracking, attribution models, and reporting frameworks across all marketing channels. This ensures clear visibility into campaign performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and accurate measurement of marketing's impact.
  • • **Structured Experimentation:** Design and run structured experiments focusing on various campaign elements, including ad copy, creative assets, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. The goal is to systematically uncover insights and optimize for better results.
  • • **Competitive Analysis and Opportunity Spotting:** Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, identify emerging trends, and spot new opportunities within the performance marketing space that can be leveraged for LiveFlow's growth.
  • • **Process Development and Playbook Creation:** As the first dedicated performance marketer, you will play a crucial role in defining and documenting our marketing processes, building the foundational playbook for future growth and team expansion.
