- • The Performance Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end digital marketing function for a mission-driven consumer ecommerce brand focused on sustainable, design-forward products that reduce single-use plastic waste. This senior-level role is critical to driving profitable growth by aligning marketing performance with revenue, product visibility, and brand expansion across direct-to-consumer channels including Shopify, Amazon, and social platforms.
- • The role requires full accountability for marketing spend, ROAS, and funnel performance, with direct impact on sales outcomes and strategic decisions, making it a high-visibility position that shapes both growth trajectory and creative direction for a brand committed to health and environmental sustainability.
- • Day to day, the manager will develop and lead data-driven marketing campaigns across paid and organic digital channels, owning full-funnel performance from acquisition through conversion while continuously tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns using performance data and trend analysis.
- • They will plan and execute product launches, promotions, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives, leveraging existing assets and AI tools to improve efficiency, messaging, and creative output, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum return and alignment with business goals.
- • The manager will oversee social media channels and content calendars, creating and managing static and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok), monitoring and responding to community engagement, and using AI tools to analyze trends, competitive activity, and content opportunities for ongoing optimization.
- • They will source, manage, and evaluate influencers with a focus on measurable ROI, collaborate with photographers and creative vendors, develop quarterly shot lists, and ensure all creative assets are properly uploaded and organized in Google Drive, while supporting packaging and product content development as needed.
- • Reporting and analytics are central to the role: the manager will monitor and report on performance daily, weekly, and monthly, prepare executive-level reports on sales by channel, marketing spend, ROAS, and performance trends, and track growth patterns across campaigns to inform strategic decisions.
- • The team operates as a remote, mission-driven unit supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring alignment with EST business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and values autonomy, strategic thinking, and accountability in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment where marketing directly influences product success and brand impact.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in performance marketing for sustainable consumer brands, gain end-to-end ownership of digital growth functions, and strengthen their ability to translate data into strategic action—positioning them as a leader in growth marketing with measurable impact on both business outcomes and mission-driven goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing with proven ownership of marketing performance and budgets across multiple channels.
- • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking ROAS, spend, and performance metrics across digital platforms.
- • Proficiency in social media management, content creation (static and short-form video), campaign execution, and comfort using AI tools for content generation, analysis, and optimization.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- • Highly autonomous, self-directed, and performance-driven work style with a strategic mindset and strong execution capability.
- • Comfortable owning results and being accountable for marketing outcomes, including sales by channel and overall marketing effectiveness.
