- • Own and scale Rula Health’s paid social engine from day one. You will inherit high-performing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns that already drive thousands of therapy-seeking patients every month and immediately begin optimizing bids, audiences, creative rotation, and attribution to push CAC down and volume up.
- • Architect the next wave of growth by expanding into new performance channels—think YouTube TrueView for Action, programmatic display, podcast host-read ads, direct-mail retargeting, and emerging audio platforms—while maintaining strict HIPAA and state-level compliance guardrails.
- • Translate complex mental-health consumer journeys into data-driven audience segments. You will stitch together first-party CRM data, pixel events, offline conversions, and third-party intent signals to build look-alikes, suppression pools, and sequential messaging flows that respect privacy and maximize lifetime value.
- • Serve as the primary analytics translator for marketing. Daily, you will query ad-platform APIs, GA4, BigQuery, and our BI layer to surface funnel insights, incrementality tests, and geo-lift studies that directly inform six-figure budget re-allocations.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with in-house creative strategists, designers, and copywriters to brief thumb-stopping ad concepts grounded in behavioral science. You will run iterative creative testing sprints (static, UGC, motion, long-form) and feed performance learnings back into the next production cycle.
- • Partner with lifecycle marketing to ensure paid acquisition and CRM nurture are perfectly synced. You will map welcome journeys, retargeting windows, and churn-winback flows so that every paid click is monetized across a multi-month care episode.
- • Work cross-functionally with web, product, and engineering to maintain pixel hygiene, server-side tagging, and conversion APIs. When tracking breaks (and it will), you will quarterback fixes with legal, compliance, and external vendors to keep measurement trustworthy.
- • Manage external agency and vendor relationships—negotiating scope, evaluating incrementality proposals, and holding partners to CPA, ROAS, and quality benchmarks that ladder up to company OKRs.
- • Build and socialize a quarterly channel roadmap that balances quick-win optimizations (bid strategies, creative refreshes) with longer-term bets (new platform launches, offline-to-online matchbacks). You will present findings to the executive team and secure buy-in for experimental budget.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation. Whether it’s geo-holdouts, multi-cell creative tests, or MMM pilots, you will design statistically rigorous experiments that move the team from “we think” to “we know.”
- • Contribute to Rula’s mission of destigmatizing mental health by ensuring every ad impression is empathetic, clinically accurate, and inclusive of diverse identities and lived experiences.
