• • As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Lexroom.ai, you will drive measurable growth by planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to support the company’s mission of making legal AI faster, clearer, and more reliable for legal professionals across Europe.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign briefs, copy, and creatives end-to-end; monitoring daily performance and budgets; running A/B tests; tracking key metrics like CPC, CPL, CAC, and ROAS; building dashboards; collaborating with design and content teams on landing page consistency; testing new channels and audience segments; localizing campaigns across IT, ES, DE, and EN markets; and aligning efforts with product marketing, sales, and performance leads to support lead quality and product launches.
