- • As a Peri-op Area Clinical Leader at Solventum, you will serve as a strategic clinical advisor, partnering with internal teams and key healthcare customers to drive best practices, deliver advanced education, and support evidence-based clinical and economic value discussions. This role is critical in bridging clinical expertise with business outcomes to improve patient care and healthcare professional performance.
- • Day to day, you will act as a strategic advisor on wound care clinical strategy, collaborate with sales leadership to identify education opportunities, present clinical data during customer engagements, build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers, lead customer education events, provide escalated clinical and technical consultation, support economic value discussions with evidence-based data, aid in resource management for conversions/evaluations, maintain clinical relevance through continuous learning and professional association participation, and translate industry standards such as ERAS and AAMI into practice.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in perioperative and wound care clinical strategy, enhance your consultative and presentation skills, strengthen your ability to build internal and external relationships, gain experience in driving clinical adoption and economic value conversations, and grow as a trusted clinical advisor influencing both customer outcomes and internal business strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment
- • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- • Current, valid Driver’s License
- • Current certification(s) such as BSN, RN, or CNOR (nice-to-have)
- • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across hospital care areas and alternative sites of care (nice-to-have)
- • Proven ability to cultivate strong internal and external collaborative relationships (nice-to-have)
