• • Day to day, you will manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and family-related matters; coordinate personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations; handle logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations; run personal errands and liaise with household vendors; arrange gifts, celebrations, and family events; track personal payments, claims, renewals, and documentation; support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and priority tracking; and maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
