- • As a Pharmacy Sales Manager at Montu UK Limited, you will drive the expansion of Montu’s network in the mid-tier pharmacy segment across Germany, focusing on increasing product adoption and supporting pharmacies in growing their medical cannabis business.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new pharmacy clients, managing a portfolio of 100–150 B2B pharmacy accounts, increasing order frequency and basket value, conducting product consultations, tracking performance metrics via CRM, and conducting regular field visits combined with remote outreach.
- • You will collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Key Account Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure comprehensive client support, share local market insights, and assist in field events and product trainings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- • Background in healthcare, pharma, medical technology, or a dynamic commercial environment (preferred)
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
- • Ability to manage a broad customer base with structure and discipline
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern digital tools
- • Native-level German or business-fluent German, plus solid English skills
- • Valid driver’s license
