Platform Developer

📋 Description

• • As a Platform Developer at Capital Rx, you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining the robust and secure infrastructure that powers the Judi® platform, a mission-critical Enterprise Health Platform used by employers and health plans to deliver better healthcare outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will develop and support highly available, scalable, and secure platform infrastructure; write clean, efficient, and well-tested Python code for automation and tooling; manage and optimize databases like PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Redis; administer container orchestration platforms such as EKS and ECS; implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda; and collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs and compliance standards.
• • You will join the Platform team at Capital Rx, a group of passionate, motivated, and driven individuals who own the architecture, framework, standards, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless software delivery across the organization. The team fosters collaboration, ownership, and urgency while ensuring high-quality work and reliable platform operations.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and compliance-driven environments; contribute to scalable SaaS platforms; and grow as a technical leader by influencing platform strategy, mentoring peers, and driving innovation in infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices.
