📋 Description

• As a Platform Engineer at Incident Technologies, Inc., you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure, deployment systems, and CI/CD pipelines that enable product engineers to deliver software quickly, reliably, and securely. You will play a critical role in ensuring the platform scales with the company’s growth while maintaining high reliability and developer experience.
• Day to day, you will design and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, improve and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments, collaborate with product engineers to enhance developer workflows, implement observability and automation improvements, and ensure systems are resilient and scalable to support growing demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure and tooling, including Terraform, CI/CD systems, and deployment pipelines
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining infrastructure that supports high-performing engineering teams at scale
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers across teams to improve infrastructure and developer workflows
