  • • The Platform Growth Lead position is a critical role focused on launching and scaling our growing portfolio of platform partners. This is an established business account management position that will engage with a diverse range of B2B verticals. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes for your assigned accounts. You will play a direct role in fostering the growth of the small businesses served by our platform partners and will be entrusted with managing some of Parafin's most strategically important accounts.   • • In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire post-sale lifecycle for strategic platform customers. This includes overseeing their onboarding process, driving ongoing engagement, ensuring retention, and spearheading growth initiatives. A primary focus will be on expanding business within existing accounts, which involves increasing loan origination volume and driving adoption of new products. You will proactively identify strategic opportunities to enhance marketing efforts, encourage new product integration and uptake, and unlock incremental user segments that contribute to our partners' growth.
  • • You will meticulously monitor the overall health of your accounts, paying close attention to capital origination performance, product adoption rates, and overall customer satisfaction. This involves closely tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts and performing initial diagnoses of any issues that might impede growth or negatively affect account health. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure that growth trajectories remain on course.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve supporting or leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs). In these sessions, you will present performance data, discuss strategic initiatives, and influence partners to prioritize and commit to key growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and new product development efforts. Your ability to build strong, data-driven narratives will be crucial in securing partner buy-in and driving strategic alignment.
  • • Furthermore, you will serve as a vital conduit for customer feedback and insights. You will diligently gather and communicate this valuable information to our Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships teams. This feedback loop is essential for empowering these departments and informing continuous improvements to the Parafin partner experience, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or partnerships role, with a strong preference for experience within mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • • Proven ability to manage multi-threaded relationships for technical products in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating a track record of building deep, influential relationships with partners up to the director level.
  • • Demonstrated success in leading technical discussions and influencing both internal and external teams to take action based on clear business objectives and partner impact.
  • • A consistent track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals, coupled with a history of successfully driving account expansion and growth.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and compelling presence when interacting with partners.
  • • A relentless, data-driven approach to problem-solving, adept at navigating both data and interpersonal dynamics to uncover solutions.
  • • A strong intrinsic motivation and drive to contribute to the growth and success of small businesses.
