- • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot CrowdStrike Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities for enterprise customers
- • Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy
- • Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations using Falcon APIs and scripting tools
- • Interpret AI-generated alerts and findings for customers, translating technical outputs into actionable security insights
- • Enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management by leveraging CrowdStrike’s AI capabilities
- • Integrate Falcon’s AI functionalities into customers’ existing security tools, workflows, and SIEM environments
- • Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis during critical security events
- • Conduct AI skills workshops and training sessions for internal Platform Professional Services team members
- • Collaborate with team members to develop customer-facing AI documentation, collateral, and best practice guides
- • Provide end-to-end operational support for AI deployments across small to large enterprise environments
- • Troubleshoot complex AI-related technical issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- • Develop custom scripting solutions in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Batch to extend AI capabilities and automate security tasks
- • Work closely with customers to align AI model tuning with their specific threat landscape and compliance requirements
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to support on-site customer engagements and deployments
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- • 8 years of experience in IT deployments or end-user/customer environments
- • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
- • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- • Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
- • Strong experience in computer and network systems security
