- ⢠As a Platform Sales, New Business Executive at FICO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and expansion of FICOās flagship SaaS offering, the FICO Platform, across enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. Working as an overlay sales specialist, you will partner closely with Key Account Managers and technical pre-sales teams to identify, develop, and close complex sales opportunities in financial services, directly contributing to FICOās growth in decision intelligence solutions.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include adopting the āFICO Way of Sellingā to align with global GTM strategies; engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders in banking and lending institutions to understand their strategic priorities; researching and shaping solution opportunities through collaborative solution design with internal teams; presenting thought leadership in decisioning, analytics, AI/ML, and optimization; collaborating with Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive proposals; managing and optimizing sales pipeline and quota attainment against targets; and traveling up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and partners across the region.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven success in a SaaS sales role with experience selling complex enterprise software solutions, preferably in financial services
- ⢠Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders in business and technology functions
- ⢠Bachelorās degree or equivalent professional experience; fluency in Italian and English (additional European languages advantageous)
- ⢠Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology is a nice-to-have
- ⢠Deep interest or experience in data, analytics, machine learning, AI, simulation, optimization, and decision management in SaaS contexts
- ⢠Experience in consumer lending, credit risk, account management, retail banking, or fraud is a plus
- ⢠Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to engage with customers and partners
