- • As a Platform Solution Sales professional at FICO, you will be a key player in driving the adoption and expansion of the FICO® Platform, a leading decision intelligence platform designed to empower enterprises in making smarter business decisions across the entire customer lifecycle.
- • This strategic overlay sales role involves working with a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on both new client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing customers to "Land" and "Expand" the FICO Platform's presence.
- • You will be at the forefront of evangelizing the FICO Platform, articulating its value proposition and demonstrating how it serves as the central nervous system for designing, operationalizing, and optimizing customer journeys at scale.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their critical initiatives within Consumer Lending and Retail Banking, spanning areas such as Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.
- • You will leverage your expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization within the Financial Services sector to help clients gain a competitive edge by utilizing FICO’s advanced platform capabilities.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both in business and technology functions within client organizations, will be crucial to gaining deep insights into their most pressing decision management challenges.
- • You will proactively research and identify potential solution opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams including Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects to develop and present compelling solution proposals.
- • Ensuring client satisfaction with purchased solutions is paramount, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial, and profitable relationships that encourage expansion and continued partnership.
- • A significant aspect of the role involves close collaboration with various internal FICO departments, such as Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services, to orchestrate a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- • This collaboration aims to clearly communicate the substantial business value that the FICO Platform delivers to our sophisticated financial institution clients.
- • You will engage with some of the largest and most advanced financial institutions globally, as well as a core group of leaders in other relevant sectors, requiring a nuanced understanding of diverse client needs.
- • A key performance indicator for this role is the consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets, with significant opportunities for earning upside through exceeding these objectives.
- • You will be expected to develop and execute joint business plans that are strategically aligned with both client objectives and FICO’s overarching strategic priorities, ensuring a shared vision for success.
- • The role demands a strong understanding of technology, including architecture, integration, cloud computing, AI, decisioning, automation, analytics, and optimization, enabling you to engage in meaningful discussions with key stakeholders.
