- • Support the generation of hypotheses for complex platform strategy initiatives using MECE and relevant frameworks to guide decision-making.
- • Develop, update, and manage detailed workplans for platform strategy projects across Autodesk’s technology initiatives.
- • Conduct comprehensive customer, competitive, and market research to inform platform direction and business strategy.
- • Analyze financial data and build models to evaluate the economic impact of platform initiatives and investment opportunities.
- • Design and execute analytical approaches—including interviews, surveys, and data analysis—to validate strategic hypotheses.
- • Formulate actionable, implementable recommendations that integrate strategic, organizational, technological, and cultural considerations.
- • Create high-impact presentations at Director and Senior Director levels, ensuring clarity, precision, and strategic alignment.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Directors and Senior Directors across Autodesk to influence platform strategy execution.
- • Collaborate with internal research and analytical teams to ensure insights generated directly inform platform strategy priorities.
- • Develop a 3–5-year strategy for Autodesk Platform Services (APS) horizontal technologies including Data, AI/ML, Insights, Developer, Trust, and Visualization capabilities.
- • Drive the strategic evolution of Autodesk products into workflow-centric, cloud-based experiences aligned with emerging technology trends.
- • Formulate a long-term monetization strategy for Autodesk’s developer ecosystem to accelerate adoption and create new revenue streams.
- • Identify, evaluate, and assess M&A opportunities that enhance platform value and enable new business models.
- • Align platform strategy with technology and research leaders to incorporate architectural and innovation trends into long-term planning.
- • Support cross-functional strategy efforts across Autodesk’s industry verticals to ensure cohesive platform transformation.
- • Travel quarterly to monthly to Autodesk offices including San Francisco and other U.S. locations as required.
