📋 Description

• As a PM Lead at White Technology Group LLC, you will drive the delivery of multiple product and technical streams across FinTech initiatives, ensuring visibility, predictability, alignment, and delivery control across teams while maintaining a strong understanding of product context, sprint execution, dependencies, and risks. Acting as a senior delivery layer above Project Managers, you will standardize execution practices, improve delivery discipline, and ensure teams operate in a structured, predictable, and business-aligned way, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering businesses in the financial ecosystem with cutting-edge white-label and SaaS solutions for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking platforms.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning delivery across assigned teams, modules, and initiatives; aligning Project Managers on planning, execution control, stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and delivery governance; mentoring and leading Project Managers; improving processes and delivery standards; staying deeply involved in sprint execution and task-level progress; identifying and communicating risks, blockers, and delays early; connecting execution with product context and business impact; building strong understanding of product areas, modules, and dependencies; maintaining alignment with CEO, PMO, Product, and stakeholders; managing delivery plans, milestones, and release commitments; coordinating cross-team dependencies and collaboration; escalating risks and ensuring clear ownership across teams; controlling scope and supporting prioritization decisions; working with Product, PMO/Delivery, CEO, and other stakeholders to align priorities between teams and initiatives; supporting decision-making regarding scope trade-offs, sequencing, and change impact; helping teams stay focused on the most business-critical work; overseeing release readiness across assigned teams and streams; ensuring release plans, ownership, dependencies, QA readiness, and follow-up steps are clearly defined and tracked; monitoring release risks and ensuring they are visible and acted upon before they affect delivery; ensuring transparency across Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools; establishing and maintaining program-level delivery metrics, KPIs, and status indicators; monitoring delivery health and supporting data-driven decisions; improving processes, planning, and delivery governance; identifying recurring delivery issues, bottlenecks, and gaps in execution; improving planning, status tracking, escalation flow, release preparation, and coordination practices; supporting the development of stronger PM practices and more mature delivery processes across teams; and driving continuous improvement in execution standards and delivery governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management
• Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong multi-team delivery and dependency management skills
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
• Experience with release planning and delivery predictability
• Strong product understanding and execution awareness
• Ability to operate as a senior delivery layer above Project Managers within assigned scope
• Ability to improve PM practices, execution standards, and delivery discipline across teams
• Experience guiding, mentoring, or leading Project Managers is a strong advantage
