- ⢠The Portfolio Clinical Leader (PCL) supports local clinical leaders, clinical clusters, and resources across agencies in a given market/region under the supervision of the Market Leader, playing a critical role in enhancing clinical capacity, outcomes, and care efficiency to deliver world-class quality of care in a cost-effective manner.
- ⢠Day to day, the PCL assists local leadership in developing and implementing processes to monitor and measure clinical operations, education, and performance improvement; provides expertise in orientation, new hire competency systems, annual skills competency, and ongoing in-service education to improve staff retention; and leads recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development of key clinical leaders with the goal of preparing them for C-level ownership.
- ⢠The PCL collaborates with agency Executive Directors and cross-functional resources to respond to field needs through system and process design, best practice education, and proliferation, partnering with the Market Leader to strengthen the organization across its four cornerstones: culture, community, clinical/compliance, and finance.
- ⢠In this role, the PCL will develop advanced leadership and organizational development skills, deepen expertise in home health and hospice regulatory frameworks, and drive measurable improvements in clinical performance, staff retention, and agency growthâpositioning them as a strategic influencer in healthcare operations and leadership cultivation.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Licensed Registered Nurse or related licensed discipline (e.g., PT/OT/ST)
- ⢠Minimum of five yearsâ experience in Home Health and/or Hospice
- ⢠Previous experience as an agency leader
- ⢠Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health/hospice industry
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex and confidential information
