📋 Description

  • Lead and manage a high-performing pre-sales organization focused on Agentic AI and AI-powered Customer Experience solutions across NICE’s portfolio in Western & Northern Europe.
  • Drive technical excellence in the sales process by leading discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and validation for complex enterprise AI opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, translating business challenges into value-driven AI solutions and influencing product roadmap through market insights.
  • Coach and mentor pre-sales teams to operate at both strategic and technical depth, while building strong relationships with customers, partners, and C-level executives.
  • Shape how autonomous agents, copilots, and AI-driven CX workflows are positioned and delivered, ensuring consistent technical excellence across complex sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, digital agents, or AI-driven CX platforms.
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts including intent recognition, dialog management, NLP/LLMs, automation workflows, and model performance KPIs.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive credibility to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively across C-level, technical architects, and operational leaders while managing multiple complex opportunities.
