• • The Post Close Specialist at Social Finance, Inc. (SoFi) plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of loan documentation after closing, directly supporting investor delivery and the integrity of SoFi’s lending operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing post-closing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, preparing and delivering loan packages to investors, entering and maintaining loan data in internal systems, serving as the primary point of contact for documentation inquiries, resolving discrepancies, performing quality control reviews, managing file organization, and generating performance reports.
