📋 Description

• • The Post-Closing Final Documents Specialist - CoOp & CEMA is responsible for the end-to-end post-closing processing, review, curing, and delivery of trailing documents for cooperative mortgage loans and Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreements (CEMAs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely investor delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing cooperative loan closing packages for completeness, confirming compliance with cooperative corporation and investor guidelines, tracking and curing missing or defective documents, coordinating with settlement agents and recording offices, managing a dedicated pipeline of loans, uploading documents to systems with accurate indexing, preparing final packages for investor delivery, and responding to investor inquiries or exceptions.
