• • The Post Closing Specialist ensures the accuracy and completeness of loan documents after closing, facilitating timely delivery to investors and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing post-closing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, preparing and delivering loan packages to investors, entering and maintaining loan data in company systems, serving as the primary contact for post-closing inquiries, resolving document discrepancies, performing quality control reviews, managing file systems, and generating performance reports.
