Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end creation of high-impact Power BI dashboards that enable Kimberly-Clark’s global warehousing and supply-chain teams to make faster, data-driven decisions every day. You will translate complex operational data into intuitive visuals that track inventory turns, dock-to-stock times, order accuracy, and network-wide health metrics.
- • Architect and automate ETL pipelines that pull from SAP, WMS, TMS, and IoT sensors into Snowflake, ensuring data is harmonized, validated, and refreshed on near-real-time schedules. Your work will eliminate manual spreadsheet wrangling and give stakeholders a single source of truth.
- • Collaborate daily with supply-chain planners, warehouse managers, and continuous-improvement engineers across North America, Latin America, and Asia to identify new KPIs and refine existing ones. You will run interactive design-thinking workshops, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly so every report answers the next business question before it is asked.
- • Champion data governance and quality by building reusable DAX measures, certified datasets, and row-level security models that scale across 50+ sites. You will document lineage, define refresh SLAs, and set up automated alerts that flag anomalies before they affect service levels.
- • Drive the adoption of self-service analytics by training power users, publishing best-practice guides, and curating an internal AppSource of certified visuals and templates. Your evangelism will empower planners to slice, dice, and share insights without opening a ticket.
- • Partner with Data Engineering and IT Security to harden infrastructure, optimize query performance, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOX controls. You will benchmark Snowflake compute usage, right-size warehouses, and implement incremental refresh policies that cut costs by up to 30%.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging Microsoft Fabric features, AI-driven insights, and supply-chain-specific add-ins that can give Kimberly-Clark a competitive edge. You will run monthly proof-of-concepts and present findings to senior leadership, shaping the three-year analytics roadmap.
- • Embed sustainability metrics into every dashboard—tracking carbon per case, water usage per ton, and waste-to-landfill reductions—so operations teams can see how daily decisions advance the company’s 2030 environmental goals.
- • Influence strategic decisions by packaging insights into concise stories for the SVP of Supply Chain; your visualizations will be the evidence base for multi-million-dollar automation investments and network-design changes.
- • Work 100% remotely from anywhere in Mexico while staying deeply connected through Teams, Miro, and GitHub. You will set your own schedule within core overlap hours (9 a.m.–2 p.m. CST) to ensure real-time collaboration with global partners.
