You will be instrumental in achieving client objectives, from lead generation to driving foot traffic, by leveraging your expertise across Google Ads and Facebook Meta platforms.
- • **Comprehensive Campaign Management:** Take ownership of approximately 20 paid media client accounts, overseeing every aspect of campaign lifecycle. This includes meticulous campaign setup, precise configuration of ad groups and targeting parameters, and continuous optimization to maximize return on ad spend. You will be responsible for implementing effective bid management strategies, strategically allocating budgets across various campaigns to achieve optimal performance, and diligently monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- • **Data-Driven Optimization and Reporting:** Your day-to-day will involve pulling detailed performance reports from ad platforms, conducting in-depth analysis to uncover actionable insights, and translating complex data into clear, concise recommendations. You will present these performance insights and strategic recommendations to account managers and, at times, directly to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of your work. This analytical rigor is crucial for identifying underperforming campaigns and proposing data-backed optimizations and budget adjustments.

- • Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Meta platforms, with a demonstrated ability to manage a minimum of $2,000 per month in ad spend per account or $40,000 per month in total ad spend.
- • Strong understanding of campaign setup, ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting within Google Ads and Facebook Meta, coupled with proficiency in paid media keyword research and audience targeting.
- • Excellent ad copywriting skills with the ability to align messaging with brand positioning, alongside strong analytical and data interpretation abilities to connect performance data to strategic budget recommendations.
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for client-facing presentations and effective collaboration with account managers, designers, and content teams.
- • Experience in lead generation campaigns or driving foot traffic to physical locations is essential.
