📋 Description

• As a PPE Implementation Consultant at Perseus Group, you will play a critical role in driving successful deployment and adoption of complex technology solutions for enterprise and strategic clients, directly impacting client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term partnership value by translating business needs into tailored technical implementations.
• You will lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles—from initial onboarding and requirement gathering through configuration, training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization—ensuring seamless integration of solutions that align with client workflows and strategic goals.
• You will serve as the trusted primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (including product, engineering, and support), facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and acting as a client advocate while ensuring internal alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• You will design, configure, and demonstrate customized solutions using Perseus Group’s platforms, leveraging deep technical expertise to adapt standard offerings to unique enterprise environments, including complex integrations, data mappings, and business rule configurations.
• You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs—including hands-on workshops, documentation, and train-the-trainer sessions—to empower client teams with the knowledge and skills needed for independent, effective system use and ongoing optimization.
• You will provide advanced technical support and issue triage for complex client challenges, diagnosing root causes, coordinating with engineering teams when needed, and delivering timely resolutions to minimize disruption and maintain service excellence.
• You will mentor and support junior consultants and team members, sharing best practices, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture that values continuous learning and client-centric innovation.
• You will stay current on product enhancements, new releases, and industry trends—particularly in mortgage technology and pricing engines—to proactively recommend improvements, anticipate client needs, and position Perseus Group as a trusted advisor in evolving markets.
• You will lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements, tool development, and internal capability building that enhance team effectiveness and scalability of implementation services.
• You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams, managing multiple concurrent client engagements with disciplined prioritization, time management, and proactive risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing complex technology solutions for enterprise and strategic clients, preferably in financial services, mortgage, or pricing technology domains.
• Advanced technical expertise with proven ability to analyze, configure, and troubleshoot intricate systems, including experience with software integrations, APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with mortgage products, loan origination systems, or pricing engine implementations is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or domain-specific credentials) highly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time for client training, workshops, and team events within the USA.

• Competitive base salary range of USD $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year, reflecting market compensation for senior implementation consultants in the financial technology sector.
