• • As a PR Manager at Skelar AS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the company’s brand narrative through strategic media relations, influencer collaborations, and integrated communications campaigns. Your work will directly support Skelar’s mission to build international tech businesses by ensuring that the human element—people, expertise, and values—is consistently highlighted across all external touchpoints. You will help transform internal insights into compelling public stories that resonate with Ukrainian and global media audiences, reinforcing Skelar’s position as a purpose-driven, innovative leader in the tech ecosystem.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and managing diverse textual content such as opinion columns, press releases, brand communications, and expert articles—from initial concept development through to execution and pitching to Ukrainian media outlets. You will collaborate closely with internal contributors and external writers to produce high-quality, authoritative content that showcases Skelar’s expertise and strengthens its media presence. You will also lead end-to-end media support for special projects, including 360-degree campaigns for CSR initiatives and educational programs, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact across channels.
• • You will be responsible for shaping communication strategies, monitoring content quality, and staying ahead of evolving trends in public relations and media engagement. This involves identifying emerging opportunities, adapting quickly to changes in the media landscape, and implementing innovative approaches to amplify Skelar’s voice. You’ll have access to the necessary resources to experiment, iterate, and scale successful tactics, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• • Working within a dynamic Communications team of 15 skilled professionals—including communicators and designers—you’ll report directly to Iryna Franchuk, Head of Communications at Skelar AS. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in strategic PR, media relations, and impact measurement while contributing to meaningful initiatives that extend beyond business, including the company’s own charitable foundation, Skelar Foundation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your ability to measure and optimize PR performance by establishing clear metrics, testing hypotheses, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights. You’ll gain hands-on experience in linking communications efforts to tangible outcomes, helping to prove and enhance the ROI of PR activities. Additionally, you’ll support the storytelling around Skelar Foundation’s impactful projects—such as launching Europe’s first tech business incubator for veterans in December 2025—allowing you to merge corporate communications with purpose-driven CSR efforts and leave a lasting mark on both the brand and the community it serves.
