📋 Description

• Practice Lead, Data Operating Model & Enablement – a strategic role focused on enabling client success through technology transformation and data-driven operating model improvements within Kraken’s energy platform.
• Day to day: Lead client delivery for European energy utilities, manage technology domains (billing, finance, comms), partner with client and Kraken teams to refine solutions, support migrations to Kraken platform, and align client ways of working with Kraken’s development style.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex technology transformation or migration projects in energy, utilities, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, or CRM platforms.
• Ability to bridge technology, people, and processes to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Experience working with product and development teams to translate client needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in European client environments.
