  • • As a Practice Management Analyst I at Crossroads Treatment Centers, you will be a crucial frontline support specialist, acting as a subject matter expert for our enterprise Practice Management and Billing systems. Your primary focus will be on optimizing clinical applications, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving system efficiency across our network of 16 locations.
  • • You will be instrumental in making informed decisions regarding trending issues, proactively managing and troubleshooting support tickets to resolution, and providing essential support during system testing phases and go-lives.
  • • Your role involves empowering end-users by assisting them in navigating and utilizing our systems effectively, thereby ensuring the stability, compliance, and overall efficiency of our clinical and administrative workflows.
  • • A key responsibility includes providing expert-level decision-making and execution for Practice Management tickets, with the ability to escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • • You will serve as a primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting a wide range of issues and providing clear, concise solutions to maintain operational continuity.
  • • Proactive monitoring of system performance and identification of trending issues will be vital to prevent future disruptions and enhance user experience.
  • • You will play a significant role in coordinating the onboarding of new services and locations, ensuring that our systems are configured and ready to support expansion.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will assist Senior Practice Management Analysts in executing special projects, contributing your expertise to broader initiatives.

  • • Thorough testing of changes within the certification system is a critical part of your role, ensuring the integrity and functionality of updates before they are deployed to production.
  • • Continuous quality assurance will be maintained by monitoring the production site, identifying any anomalies or areas for improvement.
  • • Meticulous documentation and logging of all system changes are required to maintain a clear audit trail and facilitate future troubleshooting and system management.
  • • You will be expected to complete all required trainings and mandatory training hours to stay current with system updates and best practices.
