- • As a Practice Performance Partner at Ensemble Health Partners, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within physician practices, directly impacting the upstream revenue cycle performance. This role is a critical bridge between our clients' front-end operations and our comprehensive revenue cycle management solutions, ensuring that every patient interaction contributes positively to the financial health of healthcare systems.
- • You will serve as the primary strategic partner and liaison for assigned client physician practices. This involves cultivating strong relationships, understanding their unique operational challenges, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Ensemble's revenue cycle goals. Your ability to build trust and align stakeholders will be key to success.
- • A core responsibility is to evaluate, support, and drive the implementation of enhanced front-end processes within these practices. This includes optimizing patient registration, appointment scheduling, time-of-service collections, pre-authorizations and referrals, charge reconciliation, and patient engagement strategies. Your focus will be on identifying and rectifying inefficiencies that hinder revenue cycle performance.
- • You will be tasked with identifying performance gaps and proactively proposing innovative solutions. This could involve recommending new technologies, refining existing services, or implementing best practices tailored to the specific needs of each client. Your analytical skills will be crucial in diagnosing issues and formulating effective strategies.
- • Conducting thorough root cause analysis is essential. You will delve into the underlying reasons for performance discrepancies and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations that are specifically designed to meet client objectives and drive measurable improvements.
- • A significant part of your role will involve educating and empowering practice staff. You will deliver targeted training and educational content based on performance insights, ensuring that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement and sustain operational improvements.
- • You will meticulously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned clients. Developing comprehensive status reports that detail client performance, highlight exceptions, and track deliverables will be a regular duty, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- • Building strong relationships and achieving organizational alignment are paramount. You will need to influence decisions, engage onsite operational teams, provide a consistent onsite presence when necessary, and actively drive the execution of performance improvement initiatives.
- • Close collaboration with Pre-Access and other internal revenue cycle teams is vital. You will work together to resolve acute issues that arise from front-end operations and then recommend and assist in implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
- • Facilitating productive client meetings will be a key aspect of your role. You will lead discussions to review revenue cycle operations performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and gain buy-in for proposed strategies.
- • Maintaining a deep and up-to-date understanding of Client Delivery policies and procedures is necessary to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.
- • You will have opportunities to lead and mentor others, including fellow partners, practice managers, and practice staff. Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within these teams will be a significant contribution.
- • You will be responsible for delegating and overseeing projects, ensuring their timely execution and alignment with overarching strategic objectives. This requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
- • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and client delivery leaders will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Ensemble's service model.
- • You will represent the client delivery department in important client physician practice meetings, demonstrating executive presence, strategic acumen, and a commitment to client success.
- • By embodying Ensemble's core purpose of customer obsession, embracing new ideas, and striving for excellence, you will directly contribute to redefining the possible in healthcare revenue cycle management, ensuring every touchpoint is meaningful and drives positive outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
