- • As a Practice Solutions Manager for Alcon’s Vision Care division in the North West HPA region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and contact lens penetration by driving value-added services, digital solutions, and customer engagement initiatives within top-potential optical practices. Your work directly supports Alcon’s mission to enhance sight and improve patient outcomes through strategic commercial consultancy and practice-level innovation.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will partner consultatively with Senior Business Development Managers, Account Leads, Decision Makers, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), and store teams to align goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive patient engagement and retention. You will promote Alcon’s digital platform to accelerate prescription uptake and subscription enrollment, assist ECPs in optimizing the consumer journey—from contact lens awareness and fitting efficiency to post-fitting support—and plan and execute fitting events and in-store visibility initiatives using POS materials and visual merchandising to boost brand presence and sales.
- • You will coordinate educational curricula and training events in collaboration with the Professional Education team to upskill ECPs on Alcon’s products and clinical best practices, ensuring they are equipped to deliver superior care and recommend Alcon solutions confidently. Working locally with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Professional Education, you will help design and implement tailored practice support models that strengthen Alcon’s position as a trusted partner in eye health.
