  • • The Practice Success Specialist - Account Manager drives growth within Vetsource Partner Practices by advancing initiatives, identifying opportunities, and nurturing relationships with veterinary practices in a defined territory to increase revenue and platform adoption.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting deep discovery, educating clients, influencing decisions, upselling solutions, strategizing to overcome obstacles, executing against sales quotas, and maintaining consistent contact via video calls, phone, email, and sales videos to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • • Vetsource is a mission-driven company that empowers pet healthcare professionals through data-powered tools that simplify prescription management, enhance client engagement, and provide business insights, enabling stronger bonds between veterinary practices and pet owners.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in veterinary industry solutions, refine consultative sales techniques, master CRM-driven account management, and contribute directly to practice success while growing your career in a supportive, values-led organization.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience/training
  • • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or related fields
  • • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including virtual sales
  • • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • • Understanding of sales performance metrics
