CCM, a recognized leader in the mortgage industry with a vast network of over 7,000 employees and 700 branches nationwide, offers a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of helping clients secure the best financial programs available.
- • This role is pivotal, serving as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external clients, ensuring a seamless and informative experience from the moment a borrower engages with us. You will be deeply involved in the loan process from initiation to completion, leveraging your knowledge to match borrowers with the most suitable mortgage products.
- • A core responsibility involves providing exceptional customer service. This includes clearly communicating complex loan programs, associated costs, and essential loan documentation to borrowers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options and obligations.
- • You will meticulously review and audit borrower documentation, including income verification, asset statements, and credit reports. A key part of this process involves running Desktop Underwriter (DU) or similar automated underwriting systems to assess the stability and viability of each loan application.
- • Delivering and explaining mortgage loan disclosure packages, including initial rate disclosures and any subsequent re-disclosures, is a critical function. Your ability to present this information accurately and understandably will build trust and facilitate informed decision-making for the borrower.

- • For licensed individuals, you will communicate detailed loan program information and associated costs directly to borrowers, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- • You will perform pre-underwriting tasks, thoroughly reviewing essential documents such as pay stubs, credit reports, W2s, bank statements, and court orders to support the loan approval process and identify potential issues early on.
- • Accurate input of data for disclosures and the setup of loan files are essential to ensure the loan is structured optimally to meet the borrower's needs and align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- • This role is integral to CCM's commitment to providing unparalleled service and tailored mortgage solutions. You will be empowered to make informed decisions, contribute to process improvements, and grow your career within a company that values its employees and fosters a culture of success and collaboration.
- • By ensuring loan files are complete, accurate, and strategically structured, you will directly impact the efficiency of our lending operations and the satisfaction of our clients, reinforcing CCM's position as a leader in the mortgage industry.
- • You will work within a supportive team environment, benefiting from the company's strong culture that emphasizes employee engagement, transparency, and entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to thrive and advance your career.
- • The opportunity to work remotely across the USA provides flexibility while maintaining a high level of productivity and client engagement.
