  • • As a Pre-Sales professional at Alan SAS, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s Enterprise and Public sector sales efforts by bridging technical expertise with customer needs, ensuring that Alan’s vertically integrated health platform is effectively positioned to large and complex prospects across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
  • • You will master Alan’s end-to-end health insurance and smart healthcare delivery platform, enabling the sales team with deep product insights, tailored solutions, and strategic tools to win deals in competitive, regulated environments.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve actively listening to prospects, uncovering their core challenges through structured requirements elicitation, and translating those needs into actionable internal guidance for Product, Insurance, and Engineering teams to refine offerings and responses.
  • • You will lead and contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes — collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts to build compelling, accurate, and differentiated responses that reflect Alan’s capabilities without overpromising.
  • • You will serve as the voice of the customer within Alan, feeding real-world feedback from prospects and clients into the platform roadmap to ensure product evolution aligns with market needs, particularly in Enterprise and Public Sector use cases.
  • • You will prepare seamless handover processes for new customers, ensuring onboarding is delightful and aligned with agreed-upon expectations, and may eventually lead the coordination of complex enterprise onboarding initiatives using your deep understanding of client-specific requirements.
  • • You will actively shape and scale the Pre-Sales function at Alan, helping to define best practices, tools, and playbooks that elevate the entire Sales organization’s effectiveness and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment, with proven ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, including active participation in RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs from either the buyer or supplier side.
  • • Exceptional skills in active listening and requirements elicitation, with a talent for quickly identifying the root cause of customer concerns and translating them into clear product or service solutions.
  • • Strong assertiveness and objection-handling capabilities in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments, particularly when engaging with Enterprise and Public Sector decision-makers.
  • • Proven ability to pitch technical products with transparency and integrity — avoiding overselling while clearly articulating value and fit.
  • • Fluency in both French and English, enabling effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams across Alan’s operating regions.
