- • The Pre-sales Engineer at Sitemate serves as the centralised global authority for enterprise RFPs and formal buying processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across regions while acting as the single point of control for reviewing and approving responses to maintain high standards with minimal resource investment.
- • This role functions as a knowledge hub by capturing lessons learned and successful patterns from global deals and distributing them to new or growing regions, while also serving as the primary liaison between sales and product strategy to channel enterprise-level requirements and feedback from RFPs into product direction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include being solely responsible for RFP processes as the single point of control on quality and execution of formal buying processes, distributing global lessons learned and patterns to new regions, acting as the single point of contact with product strategy on enterprise items coming via RFPs, and ingesting and reviewing all AI and collateral automation by generating and vetting materials for accuracy, alignment, and quality before use.
- • The role requires managing a multi-region remit necessitating availability across European, American, and Oceanic timezones, balancing responsibilities during peak busy periods in procurement cycles, and managing internal stakeholder expectations of GTM and Product personnel.
- • The Pre-sales Engineer will work within Sitemate’s global team of over 150 people across 18+ countries, contributing to a company that values transparency, high velocity, hustle, diversity, and innovation as core operating principles, with access to key company metrics and clear career development plans based on performance.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales enablement, RFP governance, and product-market feedback loops, gaining strategic influence over product direction while building cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-growing, VC-backed scaleup.
