- • As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Concentrix, you will play a critical role in bridging customer needs with technical solutions by gathering requirements, designing integrations, and crafting proposals that enable seamless automation and software-based workflows using Client’s REST and third-party APIs.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with customers to understand their technical needs, collaborate with account teams to guide requirements gathering, design and document custom integration and automation processes, estimate effort and costs, draft service contracts, present solutions to stakeholders, and validate designs with post-sales architects.
- • You will join Concentrix’s Information Technology and Global Security team, a tech-powered, innovation-driven group that supports the company’s mission to be an intelligent transformation partner for global brands, leveraging deep industry expertise and advanced technology to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in API-driven solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, and enterprise integration design while developing strong client-facing communication and technical proposal skills in a high-impact, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- • Experience gathering technical requirements directly from customers
- • Deep understanding of REST APIs and solution architecture using REST APIs
- • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences to define and document integration or automation outcomes
- • Confidence in designing and recommending best practices for integration and/or automation architectures
- • Backend software development experience preferred but not required
