  • • As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Zapier, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand how Zapier’s automation platform can solve complex integration challenges and align with their broader business strategy. You will play a critical role in driving revenue by designing tailored solutions, leading proof-of-concepts, and guiding customers through technical evaluations.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with prospective customers to uncover technical needs and pain points, deliver customized demos and solution discussions, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to shape integration architectures, and advocate for customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. You will also partner with Growth and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sale to post-deployment.
