- • As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at Deepgram, you will serve as the technical authority bridging our state-of-the-art Voice AI technology with customer business needs, driving technical pre-sales engagements that establish Deepgram as the preferred partner in the rapidly growing Voice AI economy.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects, architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and demonstrations, provide expert guidance on API integration and deployment strategies, partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections, create technical content such as implementation guides and reference architectures, mentor junior team members, and represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Voice AI technologies, shape pre-sales methodology and product strategy based on market insights, mentor others, and gain experience influencing technical direction while building credibility in complex enterprise sales cycles—positioning you for growth into senior technical leadership or specialist roles within Applied Engineering or adjacent teams.
