- • The PremierOne CAD Application Specialist at Motorola Solutions manages the deployment of public safety and command center software within complex ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for agencies focused on community safety.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational assessments and business process reviews, conducting interviews with subject matter experts, evaluating workflows for improvement, designing and delivering training programs, facilitating User Acceptance Testing, acting as a liaison between technical teams and customers, supporting project management efforts, and presenting findings to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- • The role sits within the Command Center Software Deployment, Managed and Support Services team, which delivers mission-critical technology solutions to public safety sectors including emergency call handling, 911 systems, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management, Jail Management, and Mobile Data Computing to enable faster, smarter, and safer responses.
- • In this role, the specialist will develop deep expertise in public safety technology ecosystems, strengthen business analysis and process reengineering skills, enhance training and change management capabilities, and gain experience in end-to-end software deployment lifecycle support while contributing to safer communities through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
- • 3+ years’ experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
- • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available
