- • As a Premium German Support Associate at Tide Platform Limited, you will provide top-tier phone support to paid members in Germany, fostering relationships and driving revenue while upholding high ethical standards and contributing to award-winning customer service.
- • Day to day, you will communicate daily with customers mainly over the phone, provide first-class support via chat and email based on capacity and voice volume, follow established procedures while contributing to process improvements, and deliver a 5-star customer experience measured by CSAT, volume contribution, and quality assurance.
- • You will work within the Paid Plans Support Team at Tide, a global fintech company transforming small business banking with over 1.8 million members across the UK, India, Germany, and France, supported by a technology centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, and offices worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in banking operations, mentorship, process improvement, and data-driven customer insights through tailored trainings, gaining skills to advance your career while supporting SMEs with complex financial queries and contributing to product feedback loops.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience as a phone customer support associate
- • Very good verbal and written German (C1 or higher)
- • Comfortable using industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Jira
- • Upbeat and energetic with solid problem-solving skills
- • Ability to self-drive, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team with high ethics and morale
- • Experience in fin-tech, start-ups, or fast-growing tech companies (nice-to-have)
