- • As a Presales Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d) at Mindsquare AG, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex HR challenges into compelling, tangible solution scenarios using SAP SuccessFactors, directly influencing customer acquisition and project success at the intersection of expertise, technology, and sales.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting customized presales scenarios and end-to-end demos that reflect real HR use cases, conducting holistic analyses of customer requirements from HR processes to system architecture, collaborating closely with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to shape offers and support acquisition, contributing substantively to proposals including effort estimation and solution positioning, and conceptualizing and moderating workshops, pitches, and senior-level decision presentations while identifying additional consulting and project opportunities.
- • You will work directly with the department head and experienced Managing Consultants in the SAP HR environment, benefiting from short decision-making paths, high personal responsibility, and ample space for your own ideas, supported by a strong network of SAP experts across various specializations available for technical exchange and sparring.
- • In this role, you can achieve significant professional growth through diverse, cross-industry and cross-company-size projects that prevent stagnation even with prior experience, develop your presales and offering expertise through individual mentorship and monthly development conversations, and deepen your impact by actively shaping solutions that delight customers and drive successful project kickoffs.
