• • Your core responsibility will involve the maintenance and continuous improvement of pricing and rating tools for our existing healthcare programs. This includes spearheading ongoing initiatives focused on standardization and automation across critical functions such as underwriting, data collection, and reporting, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• • You will be a key partner to the Underwriting team, actively participating in the evaluation and determination of appropriate rates and factors for both new and renewal business. This involves a deep dive into the financial implications of risk and the development of sound pricing strategies.
• • Close collaboration with the Finance and Underwriting teams is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of key cost drivers and emerging trends within the business. Your insights will directly inform financial planning and risk management strategies.
