📋 Description

• A Remote Primary Care Physician role at Devoted Health, Inc., focused on delivering high-quality virtual primary care and leading an innovative clinical model that treats members like family.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct care to a patient panel, supervising and teaching Nurse Practitioners, managing quality oversight across multiple states, leading weekly interdisciplinary rounds and readmission conferences, and acting as the clinical escalation point for the practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Primary Care Physician with at least three years of clinical experience.
• Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners or other healthcare professionals.
• Prior experience running a clinic or clinical program is highly desired.
• Proven ability to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations with a focus on equity and quality improvement.
• Virtual primary care experience is a plus but not required.
