• • As a Principal within Press Ganey Consulting, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, shaping strategy and driving measurable improvements in Human Experience across patients, clinicians, and staff.
• • You will build and sustain long-term C-suite and Board-level relationships, lead world-class consulting engagements, and drive incremental consulting and solution revenue through proposal development, scope definition, and pricing.
