- • Principal Account Manager responsible for owning technical-commercial engagement with key semiconductor equipment OEMs for advanced deposition applications in the Southwestern US region, ensuring program execution, customer credibility, and predictable outcomes across evaluations, qualifications, POR defense, and next-generation opportunities.
- • Day-to-day activities include serving as the single point of accountability for advanced deposition engagement while sharing ownership with R&D, BU, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain; leading complex OEM evaluations and qualifications as a program manager; maintaining technical fluency in ALD and advanced deposition fundamentals; translating customer discussions into internal actions; partnering closely with customers at their pace; owning execution details like open order reviews, RMA coordination, quote follow-up, and escalation management; proactively identifying technical, commercial, supply, and timing risks; and collaborating on systems-level improvements to improve speed, transparency, and execution quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • B.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; PhD-level candidates with strong relevant technical skills highly encouraged
- • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor technology industry
- • Experience supporting semiconductor equipment OEMs strongly preferred
- • Background in account management, technical program management, or customer-facing engineering roles
- • Exposure to advanced deposition, ALD, precursor materials, or materials qualification programs strongly preferred
- • Proven effectiveness in matrixed organizations without direct authority
- • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
