📋 Description

  • Own and set the end-to-end change strategy for large, complex go-to-market (GTM) transformation initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams at a global scale of 7,000+ employees
  • Operate as the accountable lead for change outcomes, independently driving strategy, execution, and course correction with minimal oversight across enterprise-wide programs

  • Develop executive-level narratives, presentations, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions, accelerate alignment, and drive adoption of new ways of working
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, track adoption metrics, and continuously refine strategies for improved outcomes
  • Provide global change leadership by ensuring regional alignment while thoughtfully incorporating cultural, market, and local workforce considerations
  • Scale impact beyond direct ownership by coaching leaders, sharing best practices, and contributing to the development of Autodesk’s broader enterprise change capability and agility
  • Translate complex organizational transformations into clear, actionable guidance that drives sustainable behavior change across diverse teams and geographies
  • Maintain alignment with Autodesk’s Culture Code values while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture during periods of significant organizational change
  • Work remotely anywhere in the United States, with preference for proximity to an Autodesk office
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Change Management (U.S.-based) and collaborate closely with horizontal transformation teams
  • Deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring strategic judgment, influence without authority, and consistent execution under pressure
