📋 Description
- • Own and set the end-to-end change strategy for large, complex go-to-market (GTM) transformation initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams at a global scale of 7,000+ employees
- • Operate as the accountable lead for change outcomes, independently driving strategy, execution, and course correction with minimal oversight across enterprise-wide programs
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, providing clear assessments of organizational readiness, adoption risks, sequencing priorities, and change trade-offs
- • Integrate change management efforts across multiple concurrent transformation programs to ensure a cohesive, intentional experience for all impacted stakeholders
- • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Program Management, Enablement, Business Process Excellence, and Operations to embed change into daily operating rhythms and business processes
- • Lead enterprise-level change impact and readiness assessments, translating data-driven insights into prioritized, actionable strategies for behavior and cultural change
- • Anticipate systemic resistance and organizational risks in ambiguous, evolving environments, and proactively design mitigation strategies tailored to complex enterprise contexts
- • Develop executive-level narratives, presentations, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions, accelerate alignment, and drive adoption of new ways of working
- • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, track adoption metrics, and continuously refine strategies for improved outcomes
- • Provide global change leadership by ensuring regional alignment while thoughtfully incorporating cultural, market, and local workforce considerations
- • Scale impact beyond direct ownership by coaching leaders, sharing best practices, and contributing to the development of Autodesk’s broader enterprise change capability and agility
- • Translate complex organizational transformations into clear, actionable guidance that drives sustainable behavior change across diverse teams and geographies
- • Maintain alignment with Autodesk’s Culture Code values while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture during periods of significant organizational change
- • Work remotely anywhere in the United States, with preference for proximity to an Autodesk office
- • Report to the Senior Manager, Change Management (U.S.-based) and collaborate closely with horizontal transformation teams
- • Deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring strategic judgment, influence without authority, and consistent execution under pressure
