- • The Principal Consultant, Senior Director at Fortrea Holdings Inc. is a strategic leadership role focused on driving business growth and delivering expert consulting services across clinical development, real-world evidence, health economics, market access, and regulatory strategy to help clients demonstrate value throughout their product lifecycle.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading business development initiatives such as identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading proposal development and bid defenses, overseeing project scoping and budgeting, and ensuring delivery of high-quality consulting engagements through strategic guidance and team leadership.
- • The role involves leading cross-functional teams, authoring industry-leading white papers, participating in internal innovation initiatives, and contributing to hiring and team development while upholding Fortrea’s culture of ethics and collaboration.
- • The position offers the opportunity to shape consulting practice direction, influence client outcomes at a strategic level, develop thought leadership, and advance expertise in specialized healthcare consulting domains while working remotely with occasional travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Graduate-level degree in a relevant discipline such as public health, public policy, business, economics/statistics/data science, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacy, or medical fields
- • Demonstrated success and expertise in at least one area: real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market access, value demonstration, reimbursement strategy, or regulatory strategy
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and at least one related discipline, with at least 8 years managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams
