- • Own and operate the Wall Street Investor Center as the VP, Branch Leader, acting as the general manager who sets the tone, culture, and performance trajectory for the entire location. You will be the face of Fidelity in one of the world’s most influential financial districts, translating national strategy into hyper-local execution.
- • Build, inspire, and continuously develop a high-performing sales and service team—recruiting top talent, mentoring associates at every level, and creating individualized development plans that turn promising professionals into next-generation leaders. Your coaching directly drives revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- • Drive business development by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the local market: hosting educational seminars, converting leads into loyal clients, deepening existing relationships, and expanding wallet share through comprehensive financial planning, brokerage, and mutual fund solutions.
- • Serve as the chief strategist for the branch, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting tactics in real time. You will translate data into action, ensuring that every team member understands how their daily activities ladder up to branch and regional goals.
- • Oversee flawless branch operations, including lobby experience, operational technology, back-office processing, and quality assurance. You will partner with risk, compliance, and corporate teams to maintain a pristine regulatory record while delivering friction-free client interactions.
- • Cultivate cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that open new revenue streams—working with retirement services, institutional divisions, and community organizations to position the branch as the go-to financial destination in lower Manhattan.
- • Champion Fidelity’s brand and values in every interaction, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion remain front and center. You will lead by example, fostering an environment where associates feel safe to innovate, share ideas, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 FINRA licenses required
- • Minimum five years of proven success in financial sales with documented revenue growth
- • At least three years of management experience within a financial services environment
- • Demonstrated expertise in brokerage, mutual funds, and comprehensive financial planning
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
