- • As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Equifax, you will power your possible by driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, long-term retention, and revenue expansion through proactive partnership with banking clients.
- • Day to day, you will develop strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, educate clients on solution value, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, identify upsell opportunities, monitor customer health, liaise with internal teams, and support the full customer lifecycle from prospect to renewal.
- • You will join a global leader in data, analytics, and technology committed to helping people achieve their financial potential, working within a collaborative Sales and Account Management function that values innovation and impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated financial services, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow your ability to manage complex, long-term client engagements in a remote, flexible environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or other Client-Facing role
- • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required, or equivalent years of industry experience
- • Foundational understanding of banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCA guidelines) and ability to troubleshoot business and basic technical problems
- • Ability to manage daily client communications, escalations, and build consensus across siloed banking departments (IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, business lines)
- • Exceptional patience and project management skills to navigate 12-to-18-month adoption cycles in financial institutions
- • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25% of the time)
