- • As a Principal Engineer for Salesforce Sales Cloud at NETGEAR, you will architect and deliver the technical vision for a global sales platform that drives revenue from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring scalability and performance across complex sales ecosystems.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end architecture design, optimize sales lifecycle workflows, build partner and distributor management modules, develop Quote and Pricing (CPQ) capabilities, create hands-on proof-of-concepts in Apex and LWC, manage third-party integrations, drive performance and analytics standards, and mentor engineering teams by setting coding and deployment best practices.
- • You will join NETGEAR’s global team in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru or Chennai, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to transform the company into a software-driven organization that empowers sales, partners, and distributors with a high-performance Salesforce platform.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Salesforce architecture, influence strategic technology decisions, mentor senior engineers, and shape the future of NETGEAR’s revenue operations through scalable, innovative solutions that enhance sales efficiency and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of Salesforce development experience with a heavy emphasis on Sales Cloud implementation for large-scale, global organizations.
- • Recent hands-on expertise in designing and developing using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flow orchestration.
- • Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, Opportunity management, and complex pricing/quoting logic.
- • Proficiency in designing REST/SOAP APIs and using middleware/integration tools to connect Salesforce with external business systems.
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment with frequent releases and evolving business requirements.
- • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical architectural concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
